How does Vectra for Cats work?
This product contains Dinotefuran (22%) and Pyriproxyfen (3%). These substances are flea-killing chemicals that work quickly. Fleas die within 6 hours of treatment.

What are the side effects of Vectra for Cats?
Topical pesticides are associated with non-severe, short-term application site sensitivity or redness. If you observe these side effects, use mild shampoo or soap to bathe the animal, then rinse with plenty of water. If the reaction persists, contact your veterinarian. What special precautions are there?
After use, always wash your clothes. After each use, thoroughly wash your hands. If skin comes into contact with eyes, it can cause temporary but significant eye damage. Remove all clothes after handling. Never allow eye contact. On medicated, elderly, pregnant, or nursing animals, use cautiously. Before use, seek counsel from a veterinarian. How can I store Vectra for Cats?
Store in a cool dry environment (68-77° F). Protect this product from freezing. Disposal solutions: Don't reuse the container. If the container is empty, you may place in the trash or recycling if available. If the container still holds contents of the product call your local solid waste agency for disposal instructions. Never place unused contents in drain.
1) To use, begin by taking one applicator for the package. 2) Ensure the animal is an upright position, then open the applicator. 3) To open, start with the tube upright and facing away. 4) Place a strong finger on the applicator tip located under the bigger disk. 5) Then, use the other hand to press down the smaller disk. 6) Push until the seal is broken. 7) To apply, use the tip to move the hair located at the neck's base. 8) Once the skin is revealed, touch the tip to the skin directly and squeeze to dispense the entire tube. 9) Ensure the solution is deposited on skin, not hair. 10) Repeat this process in 30 days. To discard, carefully follow the instructions on the label. Incorrect  disposal might cause significant harm to animals or humans. If you have difficulty swallowing, seek medical attention immediately and notify poison control. If you come into touch with your skin, wash it thoroughly with water for 15 to 20 minutes and call poison control straight away.
