Dogs and cats.
Why use Enalapril Tablet?
This drug is intended to help pets with high blood pressure by improving the health of their heart.
How does Enalapril Tablet work?
This medicine works by preventing the creation of the enzyme that triggers the synthesis of blood vessel-tightening solution, which helps to reduce blood pressure. The vessels relax and blood pressure drops as a result of this process. It also improves blood flow and oxygenation in the heart.

Keep a close eye on the animal's renal function and utilize a once-a-day dosage if the animal is severely azotemic. If a response occurs, a veterinarian may lessen the dosage until the right quantity is found. If a response occurs, discontinue treatment and seek advice from a veterinarian. Electrolytes in the blood, renal function, and arterial blood pressure should all be checked on a regular basis. This medicine may interact negatively with other NSAIDs, diuretics, and potassium supplements if the animal is using them. Never administer this drug to a pregnant animal since it might cause birth abnormalities. Keep out of the reach of children.
