What special precautions are there?
It has not been determined whether or not this product is safe to use in breeding, pregnant, or lactating dogs. Close monitoring is required for dogs with heart illness and hypothyroidism while a correct dosage is determined. Based on the dog's specific clinical response, your veterinarian may need to change the dog's cardiac medicine or levothyroxine sodium dosage. If inadvertently ingested, get medical help right away. Overview
