Recommended Dosages (in Tablets): 5 Pounds or Less: 1/2 6 to 10 Pounds: 1 11 to 15 Pounds: 1 1/2 16 to 30 Pounds: 2 31 to 45 Pounds: 3 46 to 60 Pounds: 4 60 Pounds or More: 5 Orally administered to puppies and dogs ages 4 weeks and up. Fasting is unnecessary and recommended against. Optionally, you may crumble the tablets to combine with your dog's food. Take necessary steps to rid the premises of rodents and fleas to prevent reinfection. If the premises is not treated, it will be necessary to re-treat, particularly when fleas have transmitted tapeworms. In this instance, reinfection is highly likely if fleas are not controlled in the environment and on the animal itself. In case of reinfection, you may see tapeworm segments up to a month after the first treatment.
