Keep this medication out of reach of both children and animals. Administer the medication only to the animal it was prescribed for. Do not give this medication to any human. Never administer with any drug that may lower blood pressure, including nitrates, nitroprusside sodium, alpha-adrenergic blockers (like phentolamine, phenoxybenzamine, or phenothiazines), amlodipine, or hypotensive drugs.Drug interactions are possible when used in conjunction with cimetidine, erythromycin, clarithromycin, ketoconazole, itraconazole, phenobarbital, or rifampin.
