Overview
Never provide more than your veterinarian has prescribed without first informing him or her. The standard dose for the treatment of cognitive impairment is 0.2mg to 0.45mg per pound of body weight, taken once per day in the morning. Cushing's disease is usually treated with 0.45mg per pound of body weight, given orally once per day in the morning. Use according to your veterinarian's instructions.
