What are the side effects of Otomax Ointment?
The most common adverse reactions are related to the ingredient gentamicin. Although it is not well-absorbed into the skin, this ingredient is known to cause irreversible or reversible kidney and eye toxicity when it is applied topically on wounds, denuded skin, or burns for excessive periods of time.
What special precautions are there?

How can I store Otomax Ointment?
Temperatures should be kept between 2 and 25 degrees Celsius (36 and 77 degrees Fahrenheit).
If a dose is missed, give it as soon as possible. Wait the appropriate length of time, then give the next dose according to schedule. Do not double dose or administer an extra dose.
