If you suspect your pet may be retaining fluid, seek immediate veterinarian attention. Fluid retention can potentially be a side effect of high dosages. Following usage, eye inflammation (conjunctival irritation) may develop.
What special precautions are there?
The animal's safety is unclear if it is pregnant, nursing, or breeding. Do not use this product if the animal is prone to blood clots or has heart problems. Before using, inform a veterinarian of your entire drug history, including medicines, and thoroughly read the reactions label. Other drugs, such as fludrocortisone, heparin, and epinephrine may interact with this one. Never give this medicine to an animal that has a known hypersensitivity or allergy to it.
