What are the side effects of Cydectin Pour-On for Beef and Dairy Cattle?
When administered up to three times the authorized dosage, breeding animals (cows and bulls in estrous and any pregnancy stage) had no effect on breeding performance. When given up to three times the permissible amount under 12 hours after birth and while nursing from a treated cow, newborn calves showed no indications of toxicity. Cattle fed up to 25 times the recommended amount showed no signs of toxicity. This product has been found to be safe for use in cattle of any age in tolerance and toxicity testing.
What special precautions are there?
