What special precautions are there?
Before using, inform a veterinarian of your pet's entire drug history, and thoroughly read the warning label. Other medications such as blood pressure drugs, acepromazine, prochlorperazine, prazosin, barbiturates, some opioids, epinephrine, and others may interact with this medication. Do not use this product if the animal is pregnant, nursing, or breeding. Do not use this product if the animal is on epinephrine or has a cardiac arrhythmia. Use this product with caution if the animal is debilitated or has a seizure disorder, severe liver or renal illness, breathing issues, shock, low blood pressure, or heart disease. Never give this medicine to an animal that has a known hypersensitivity or allergy to it. Keep away from children and animals.
