What are the side effects of Animax Ointment?
Treating otitis with corticosteroids may result in temporary hearing loss. Medication discontinuation, on the other hand, frequently leads to restoration of hearing. Withdraw treatment and visit your veterinarian if you notice that your pet is experiencing signs of hearing loss. The development of Cushing's disease in dogs has been linked to repeated or chronic steroid usage. Synthetic corticosteroid usage, whether systemic or parenteral, can induce side effects. Diarrhea (often bloody), vomiting, excessive urination (polyuria), excessive thirst (polydipsia), and increased SGPT (ALT) or SAP enzymes are some of these symptoms.

If overdose occurs, please contact your local pet hospital or emergency pet clinic immediately.
