Overview
1) Shake thoroughly. 2) Remove any necrotic tissue or excess hair from the treatment area. Hydrogel is a great way to soften any necrotic tissue and facilitate debridement. 3) Open the cap by twisting. 4) Saturate the wound area. 5) As needed, cover with bandaging. Hydrogel adheres to the skin and slowly evaporates. The thick formula works as a protective barrier, but allows for a moist wound environment for quicker healing. For optimal results, use Vetericyn Plus VF Wound & Skin Cleanser to cleanse the affected area before using Hydrogel.
