What are the side effects of Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Capsule, 0.4 mg?
Tamsulosin Hydrochloride use can lead to transient infertility in dogs because of certain reactions, which include reduced volume of ejaculate. High doses can cause hypotension. If you notice any signs of toxicity, withdraw use and consult your veterinarian. Signs of toxicity include excessive salivation, eye redness, excessive tears (lacrimation), tremors, impaired coordination (ataxia), lethargy, or vomiting.
What special precautions are there?
Keep out of reach of children or animals. Do not give to animals who are hypersensitive to tamsulosin hydrochloride. Do not crush capsules. Hypotension may result from taking the medication quickly.

If overdose occurs, please contact your local pet hospital or emergency pet clinic immediately.
