Prozap is a broad-spectrum insect repellent with 0.5 percent permethrin that is particularly effective. It combats screwworms, flies, maggots, stable flies, horse flies, deer flies, horn flies, mosquitoes, ticks, gnats, and lice during castration, docking, branding, dehorning, and more. It is safe for use in a number of species, including beef cattle, dairy cattle, lambs, hogs, horses, and swine.

What special precautions are there?
This product should not be used near water sources or straight into water. It is harmful to fish and aquatic life. Avoid getting this spray on the genitalia, mouth, or eyes. If the animal is sensitive, bathe with soap and warm water. If the sensitivity persists consult a veterinarian as soon as possible. Keep out of reach of children.

How can I store Prozap Screw Worm Ear Tick Aerosol, 12 oz?
Keep at a room temperature, product is pressurized, do not place near open flames or expose to extreme heat. The container should not be incinerated or punctured. If partly filled, call your local solid waste agency for disposal instructions.
Spray the forelegs, both withers, and both sides of the animal for 3 seconds according to the manufacturer's instructions. Keep your hands away from your eyes if you're spraying your face. Spray immediately into the ear if used to get rid of ear ticks. Spray 3 to 10 seconds until saturated for wound application and to kill screwworms while holding the bottle 4 to 8 inches away from the afflicted area. Make careful to apply the product all over the area as well as immediately on the surface. If the screwworm becomes resistant to this treatment, cease using it and seek guidance from a veterinarian.
