Overview
Prior to exercise or at the first sign of a developing cough, administer a dose of 15 cc (1/2 ounce) Cough Ease at the back of the throat. 4 hours prior to a strenuous exercise event, administer a dose of 1/2 ounce. Administer a 1-ounce dose 30 minutes before the event.
