Product Description
Corid Soluble Powder (Amprolium) 20% is an effective, water-soluble product that helps prevent cattle from coccidiosis and helps them recover. This powder helps to halt the growth of Eimeria bovis and Eimeria zuernii, a disease common in calves, when given in drinking water or a drench.
Who is Corid 20% Soluble Powder, 10 oz for?
Beef and dairy cattle.
Why use Corid 20% Soluble Powder, 10 oz?
When used in the drinking water of a cow, this combination is proven to be quite effective and simple to administer. This therapy will work wonderfully in both preventing and treating bovine coccidiosis.
How does Corid 20% Soluble Powder, 10 oz work?
A very effective powder that mimics the activities of thiamin (Vitamin B1) within the body, this vitamin effectively starves the coccidia of crucial thiamin once taken. The parasite dies when the feeding chain that coccidia need to reproduce or expand is abruptly interrupted. Corid produces first-generation exposure to schizont and assists the animal in acquiring natural immunity by attacking the issue at an early stage within the cow's small intestine. Coccidia is unable to reach the large intestine with this product, and more serious instances of coccidia are reduced.
