What special precautions are there?
This and all other medications should be kept away from animals and children. Exercise caution when giving this product to underweight, debilitated, or sick dogs, or to dogs weighing less than 10 pounds. This product has not been proven to be safe for use in lactating or pregnant dogs. Ensure that your pet is tested for an existing heartworm infection before beginning treatment on this product. This product does not treat adult heartworms.

How can I store Iverhart Max Soft Chews?
Store in a cool dry environment 20-25°C (68-77° F). Be sure to keep this product away from any moisture or heat. Brief excursions of 15° to 30°C (59° to 86°F) permitted.
Overview
Mix with food and feed by hand. Keep the medicine in its original container until you're ready to use it. Administer on the same day each month, and make sure to do so all year. A minimum dose of 6 mcg ivermectin, 5 mg pyrantel, and 5 mg praziquantel per kg of body weight is indicated. Once a month, provide an oral dose.
