Overview
4-to 6-week initial period dosing: Dogs weighing less than 15 pounds: 1/2 tablet daily Dogs 16 to 30 pounds: 1 tablet daily Dogs 31 to 60 pounds: 2 tablets daily Dogs over 60 pounds: 3 tablets daily Maintenance dosing (after the initial period): Dogs weighing less than 15 pounds: 1/2 tablet every other day Dogs 16 to 30 pounds: 1/2 tablet daily Dogs 31 to 60 pounds: 1 tablet daily Dogs over 60 pounds: 1 to 2 tablets daily Use this medication in the AM and PM for an initial period of 4 to 6 weeks for the greatest benefits, then decrease the daily dosage. The maintenance dose can be taken for a long time beyond the initial few weeks.
