Dosing Recommendations: Under 5 kg: 1/4 Teaspoon (137.5 mg DHA and 206.25 mg EPA) 5 to 10 kg: 1/2 Teaspoon (275 mg DHA and 412.5 mg EPA) 10 to 15 kg: 3/4 Teaspoon (412.5 mg DHA and 618.75 mg EPA) 15 to 20 kg: 1 Teaspoon (550 mg DHA and 825 mg EPA) 20 to 25 kg: 1 1/4 Teaspoons (687.5 mg DHA and 1031.25 mg EPA) 25 to 30 kg: 1 1/2 Teaspoons (825 mg DHA and 1237.5 mg EPA) 30 to 35 kg 1 3/4 Teaspoons (962.5 mg DHA and 1443.75 mg EPA) 35 to 40 kg: 2 Teaspoons (1100 mg DHA and 1650 mg EPA) 40 to 50 kg: 2 1/2 Teaspoons (1375 mg DHA and 2062.5 mg EPA) 50 to 60 kg: 3 Teaspoons (1650 mg DHA and 2475 mg EPA) 60 to 70 kg: 3 1/2 Teaspoons (1925mg DHA and 2887.5 mg EPA) 70 to 80 kg: 4 Teaspoons (2200mg DHA and 3300 mg EPA) Begin administering 1/4 of the recommended daily amount.
